Our Kraftin' Programmes are designed to help Krafters achieve their goals

in an environment that is safe for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.

Interactive courses are conducted by our experienced coaches who will help students build coordination, competence, and confidence in a fun, dynamic way!


Gymnastics is one of the world’s oldest Olympic sports. This discipline develops physical agility, flexibility, strength, balance, speed, and coordination. It teaches fundamental movement techniques and lays the groundwork to develop skills applicable to other sports and activities. It also benefits one's overall health and physical performance.

GymKraft teaches Artistic Gymnastics, which is the most common of the 6 gymnastics disciplines recognized by the International Federation of Gymnastics (FIG). 


Men compete in six events: Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and High Bar. 

Women compete in four: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, and Floor Exercise.

Our courses are tailored to suit participants of all ages and skill levels, meeting each individual’s fitness goals.




For kids aged between 3 to 7 years.

Children are introduced to Gymnastics in a safe and fun environment. Learning through play, creative games, and activity circuits,  they are given great opportunity to explore and nurture their enthusiasm for Gymnastics!

Classes are focussed on instilling fundamental gymnastics skills, coordination, balance, and strength. Participants are encouraged to work on their own, and all kids will experience success, motivating them to learn new skills. KinGym also develops their life and social skills; ability to follow instructions and working with other children in group settings.




For kids aged between 7 to 12 years. Children are introduced to the various gymnastics apparatus.


Continuing on their core gymnastics and movement skills, they will work their way through various skill levels on each apparatus, and will be tested at regular intervals.


Building up on their balance, coordination, body movement and confidence, this will also enable kids to execute their first proper cartwheel!
